I didn’t begin as a girl, because I was a dancer and didn’t make noises like that.
I wish I had.
The lessons and confidence I have gained since I began really training in 1997, and again in 2004 have changed my life.
I want to help people who are frightened by the world of tournaments, who think they’re safe, unfair or not for them. I want to help them see the benefits, the successes, the breakthroughs…through social media.
There are so many great tournaments out there. We had no idea of the value and benefit that our entire family would gain from them and I want to make it more obvious to those school owners, instructors, coaches, parents and competitors who would really love what the sport can do for them.
I wish I had known earlier.
That’s why I have begun this business. I want to help take a few tournaments and make others see them for the great experience it can be. I want to encourage families to be a part of something life changing.
Thank you for taking the time to see what Lumos is about… it’s about bringing the martial arts tournament experience into the light.
